Getting Real

We were asked to read two chapters from the e-book Getting Real. In the first chapter it is said there that Getting Real is a smaller, faster, better way to build software. So basically, Getting Real gives direct instruction to the users. The book delivers directly what us users need and eliminates those that are irrelevant. It is also said in the book that, you must know what is your problem. what are the things you want to achieve, it is also stated from the book that a great way to build software is to start out by solving your own problems. You’ll be the target audience and you’ll know what’s important and what’s not. That gives you a great head start on delivering a breakout product. By doing so, i think you’ll be able to build a better software because if you’ll put yourself as the target audience you know as an audience what standards you want to meet. I also learned from this book that you must make things easy yet you must do it in the right way.
